Will it purge or break me out first?
This serum is built to clear while it rebuilds the barrier, so it’s gentler than a typical acid routine. Some skin adjusts in the first two weeks.
Why 75 days?
Skin turns over roughly every 28 days, so 75 days is about three turnovers. That is how long a change takes to hold instead of sitting on the surface and washing off.
When will I see results?
Lesion count was down 26.2% at two weeks and 47.7% at four in our clinical study.
Can I use it on active breakouts?
Yes, over the whole area rather than dabbed on spots. It is a daily serum, not a spot treatment.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
It has cica and a five-ceramide barrier system alongside the acids. It does still contain acids, so patch test first and start every other night if your skin reacts easily.
Is it suitable for Indian skin?
Yes. Fitzpatrick IV to VI skin marks more easily after inflammation, so the formula leaves out the actives most likely to cause that.
I’m 24. Am I too young to start?
No. At 24 you are protecting structure rather than trying to repair it later, which is the easier job.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
It contains salicylic acid. Check with your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Which size should I start with?
10 ml is about 15 days, enough to see how your skin takes it. 30 ml is about 45 days. Two 30 ml bottles is about 90 days, enough for the full 75-day protocol.
Can I use it with my existing routine?
Yes. After cleansing, before moisturiser, no change to your SPF. If you are on tretinoin or clindamycin, ask your dermatologist before adding anything new.
What is the conditioned media?
Growth factors and signalling proteins from adipose-derived stem cells, first used in clinical aesthetics in South Korea. The cells are not in the serum, only the proteins they produce.
Do you use proven actives like niacinamide?
Yes. Niacinamide is in there for oil and tone, alongside the conditioned media and marine biotic factors.
Where is it manufactured?
In India, in a GMP-certified facility. Actives are sourced from South Korea, France, Belgium, Spain, Germany and the USA.
When will it arrive?
Dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. After that, metro deliveries usually take 3 to 5 business days and other regions 5 to 7. Tracking comes by WhatsApp and email when it ships.
What if I miss the delivery?
The courier tries three times, and you get a WhatsApp message so you can pick a better time. After three attempts the parcel returns to us and reshipping costs ₹100. If it shows as delivered but has not reached you, write to us within 48 hours.
Can I return the serum if it doesn’t work for me?
Unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Once opened we cannot take it back. If it arrived damaged or wrong, email care@aesthex.in within 48 hours with a photo.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Not once it is confirmed. The address and the delivery option lock in at that point. Email care@aesthex.in with your order number and we will tell you what is possible.

Writing a long review because I read long reviews before buying, so maybe this helps someone. I have had acne since school, the kind that comes in groups and takes weeks to settle. I have used a lot of things over the years, some worked for a while, most did not. Started this in April without expecting much. First 3 weeks nothing changed except my skin felt less irritated. Around week 5 I noticed I was getting fewer new ones. By the end of the 75 days my skin was not clear, I want to be honest about that, but the breakouts are now one at a time instead of five at a time, and they settle faster. For me that is a big difference. I have reordered twice. If you have skin like mine, give it the full time, do not judge it at 3 weeks.
