Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to customers who purchase a 30+30ml combo pack of any one of the three LNGVTY serums (Acne + Blemish Control, Deep Hydration + Glow, Dark Spots + Pore Control).
• The order must be placed on or before 30 September.
• Each customer is eligible for only one reward, on one 30+30ml bundle. A customer who purchases more than one bundle can still only enrol and be rewarded once under this programme.

2. Programme duration

• The challenge runs for 8 weeks (56 days), starting from the date the product is actually delivered to you (Day 0), not the order date, and not the shipped or dispatched date.
• Day 0 is the date of actual delivery, as recorded in the courier and Shopify fulfilment record. This is the anchor for all 12 photo checkpoints below.

3. Proof of participation

Day 0 is the date of actual product delivery. All 12 checkpoints below are counted from that date, not the order or dispatch date.

You must upload one photo every 5 days across the 56-day window: 12 checkpoints in total.

• Each photo must be uploaded on its checkpoint day. There is no grace period. A photo submitted on any day other than its checkpoint day does not count toward that checkpoint.
• You may miss up to 1 of the 12 checkpoints and remain eligible for the reward.
• Missing 2 or more checkpoints disqualifies your entry from the reward. There is no partial credit. Submitting 9 or 10 photos does not earn a reduced or partial reward. The threshold is exactly 11 of 12.

What counts as a valid photo. Every submitted photo must show, in the same frame:

• The LNGVTY serum bottle, clearly visible.
• Your face, clearly visible.
• The dropper with a drop of product, visible: proof the serum is actually being applied.
• The same person's face in every one of the 12 photos across the challenge.

A photo missing any of the above (bottle, face, dropper or drop, or a different person's face) does not count as a valid checkpoint submission.

4. The reward

Submit 11 or more of the 12 required photos and receive ₹1,000, no questions asked, paid directly to your bank account via UPI.

5. Review and verification

LNGVTY reserves the right to reject a submission that is not a genuine, unedited photo taken by the participant during the programme window.

6. General conditions

• One reward per customer, per Section 1.
• The programme is tied to the original purchasing customer and is non-transferable.
• If your order is returned, cancelled, or refunded, your enrolment in the programme ends and no reward is payable.
• By submitting photos, you agree LNGVTY may use your submitted photos across LNGVTY's own social media pages (Instagram, and other LNGVTY-owned channels).
• LNGVTY reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme for future entrants. Customers already enrolled will be honoured under the terms in place when they enrolled.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
